Specifications
Our newly acquired Chevy Vans with in cab controllers allows for constant monitoring of cargo temperatures from the driver's seat while in transit. Thermo King V 300 refrigeration system with slime line evaporator and Ozone friendly R134A refrigerant is capable of maintaining product temperatures to below freezing for extended lengths of travel and standing time.
The VANCO insulation liner built in the USA has one of the highest R ratings in the industry with field testing to 115 degree's Fahrenheit. Our van liner is both USDA and FDA compliant with overlapping panels to ensure that penetration of moisture, dirt, bacteria, etc. are kept to a minimum or prevented all together. The smooth fiberglass finish allows for ease of cleaning and washout. Our moveable bulkhead with thermostatically controlled fan kit allows for more precise temperature management of our compartments. We finished with strip curtains for both the side and rear doors to minimize temperature loss/gain while the doors are open.
